Service Advisor Part time Position

Part-Time Service Advisor


Location: Cole’s Service Center, Vancleave, Mississippi   

Hours: 20-30 hours per week, Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM, Friday 8 AM – 4 PM (Closed on weekends and all major holidays) 


Cole’s Service Center, a family-owned and operated business, is seeking a Part-Time Service Advisor to join our team. If you have strong organizational and communication skills, enjoy helping people, and are comfortable using computers, this role could be a great fit for you! 


Responsibilities Include: 

  • Handling customer inquiries and scheduling appointments 
  • Communicating information from the customer through the intake process for proper diagnostic repairs.
  • Organizing and updating service records and reports 
  • Answering phone calls and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner 


What We’re Looking For: 

  • Strong communication and phone skills 
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks 
  • Computer proficiency for updating records and managing schedules 
  • A positive attitude and desire to help people.
